PARANG TRITIS

parang tritis beach is 27 km from south yogyakarta city and easy reached wiyh general transportation which operate until 05.00 pm as well as personal vehicle.

in the afternoon, sunset is the best for visiting this beach,

but if you come early, you can walk up the cliff gembirawati, it is behind the beach.  at there we can see all of area parang tritis beach, south sea until limit horizon.

we will tell you a secret, have not more people known that in the wast cliff hiden some ruins temple. its aren't different with other temple which put area mountain, gembirawati temple

just some meter from parang tritis beach. if we will go there, we can be throught way uphill near with hotel queen ot the south, and then enter to west way arround 100 meter. 

parang tritis beach very close with the legend nyi roro kidul. most off javanesse believe that parangtritis beach is the gate roro kidul's palace/kingdom, she is monopolies the south sea.

Hotel Queen of the South is a resort which given name from macth with this legend, unfortunally this resort seldom open.
